Non-profit legal services in Pembrokeshire for housing matters
Free legal advice in Pembrokeshire
We offer Pro Bono assistance to Pembrokeshire based Private Rented Sector Tenants on various residential housing matters such as repairs, rent arrears and eviction.
Where we are successful the costs are recovered from the other party.
Landlord clients of Pathway Lettings can also access our expertise on residential housing matters such as Renting Homes Wales compliance, occupation contract conversions, conflict resolution and repossessions.
As part of PATH, our legal work focuses on providing legal services that can prevent homelessness in Pembrokeshire.
Funding our charity
All profits generated by our legal services are used to fund our other charitable services. We provide practical guidance and excellent client service, offering expert advice that is budget friendly.
Services to Tenants and Employees are provided without charge to the individual, however wherever it is possible we will seek to recover these costs from the other parties by means of a Pro Bono Cost Order.
Claiming these costs back will ultimately allow us to help more individuals.
We are not registered with the Legal Aid Agency and provision of our service to individuals is not means tested.

"We have been dealing with a retaliatory eviction for almost 2 years. Initially we did as much as we could but reached a point where we needed a solicitor to act on our behalf.
We knew of PATH and discovered they had a legal representative that could act on our behalf. Our first meeting was stressful as we didn't know if our case would be accepted, but within minutes we were put at ease by Aimee's professional manner, her knowledge and depth of experience.
We are currently going through the court process and are being supported by Aimee every step of the way. She is always available to answer any query or concerns we have no matter how small.
We cannot predict the outcome of the court hearing but we do feel we have the best support we can have going into it. There are so many tenants going through this and are in desperate need of assistance. We feel so lucky to have Aimee and PATH supporting us."
