Our Mission

We began our work back in 1979 and have developed our services over the last 45 years to help all homeless people and people facing homelessness.

We do this by providing advice, assistance and advocacy to help them find secure, safe and affordable accommodation.

Working closely with Pembrokeshire County Council, the Welsh Government, and other third sector organisations, we’re now helping over 2000 people every single year.

Prevention

We look to prevent homelessness before it happens in every instance by providing early intervention and support for those at risk. We address the underlying challenges that can lead to homelessness, offering guidance, advocacy, and support.

Advice

When someone is directly facing homelessness, our team works to provide solutions before it becomes a crisis. Providing the right help at the right time can make all of the difference. We empower people to regain stability and prevent the loss of their home.

Support

If someone has found themselves homeless, we provide immediate support to help them find safety and stability. We work to secure safe accommodation, connect people with essential services, and help them rebuild their lives.

Raising Awareness

Homelessness in Pembrokeshire is a growing issue, yet it often goes unseen. While there may be few rough sleepers on the streets at any one time, hundreds of individuals and families are struggling in temporary accommodation, sofa surfing, or living in insecure housing. We are working to raise awareness of this hidden crisis, highlighting the reality of homelessness in our community.
