PATH Empowers Employees with Real Living Wage

Pembrokeshire Action for The Homeless (PATH) is delighted to announce that we are now a Real Living Wage employer.

From April 2024, all our staff will receive a minimum of £12 per hour. This is a due to a commitment from Welsh Government, Pembrokeshire County Council and the Trustees of PATH and highlights our commitment to support our employees.

We believe that fair wages lead to a more engaged and productive team, which in turn allows us to better serve our clients and community.

PATH is committed to providing support and advice to our community, and we couldn’t do it without our dedicated team.

Becoming a Real Living Wage employer is a testament to our values and appreciation for our staff.
